Lori Rosa is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Link Business Solutions, with more than 30 years of experience in medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management. She specializes in helping medical practices and trade businesses improve cash flow, reduce billing errors, and maximize reimbursement through efficient, compliant billing systems.

Her expertise includes cradle-to-grave billing, coding, denial management, appeals, insurance credentialing, contracting, and the development of billing policies and procedures. Lori has extensive experience across cardiology, oncology, pain management, physical therapy, chiropractic, podiatry, urgent care, mental health, home health care, and general medical practices, as well as accounts receivable management for trade businesses using QuickBooks.

Lori has worked with Medicare, Medicaid, VA programs, commercial insurance, workers’ compensation, and auto insurance billing. As a former HIPAA Compliance Officer, she has also led staff training, front office workflow development, and operational improvements designed to increase efficiency and accuracy.

During her eight years with Arctic Chiropractic, she supported multiple clinic locations across Alaska, where she managed billing operations, improved revenue cycle performance, trained staff, and assisted with new clinic setups. This experience expanded her role into consulting and multi-location operational support.

She is highly experienced with billing systems including ChiroTouch, NextGen, Epic, AdvancedMD, AxisCare, Practice Suite, and various specialty platforms, along with multiple clearinghouses. Known for her quick adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability, Lori focuses on identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions that improve financial performance.
